About the Role:
Are you a master negotiator with a knack for sourcing amazing venues? Join our lively team as a Sourcing Manager and be the superstar behind unforgettable meetings! You’ll collaborate closely with our clients, refining budgets and securing top-tier venues. If you’re ready to elevate your career while making a tangible impact, we’d love to meet you!

You’re Good At:

  • Negotiating contracts for pharmaceutical meetings to score the best prices and ensure compliance for our customers.
  • Identifying and implementing strategic sourcing strategies with preferred vendors.
  • Conducting site inspections and evaluating venues that meet client specifications.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with Meeting Managers and Operations Leadership.
  • Keeping meticulous organization while juggling multiple sourcing projects.

You Might Also Have:

  • Proficiency in both French and English, allowing you to connect with diverse clients. This is a requirement for this role. 
  • Experience with Cvent or similar technology platforms to streamline sourcing processes.
  • A talent for creating engaging venue PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management prowess.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally, as our exciting opportunities take you places!

You Should Know

  • This is an office based role in Montreal, Canada. The expectation is to be onsite at our client's office at least 2 days per week.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in Canada for the position of Sourcing Manager  is between $70,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
