About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Meeting Manager, where you’ll be at the heart of planning and executing large-scale programs that delight our clients! You'll manage everything from venue selection to on-site execution, ensuring an unforgettable experience. With your expert project management skills, you’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and help bring innovative ideas to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating seamless events, we want to hear from you!

 

You're Good At

  • Coordinating complex programs and ensuring detailed timelines are met.
  • Crafting and managing budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and vendors to meet their needs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving under pressure to deliver outstanding results on event day.

 

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in large meeting or program planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Cvent and database management.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international group travel logistics.

  • This position may require moderate travel (5-25% domestic and international).
  • Standard working hours with flexibility to accommodate program needs.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager  is between $57,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
