About the Role  
As a Meeting Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind high-level corporate events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. You’ll juggle multiple programs, manage client relationships, and lead your team to create unforgettable experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing people together, this is the role for you!

 

As the Meeting Manager you will:

  • Develop, plan, and execute complex meetings and events from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the planning process.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial compliance and cost savings.
  • Oversee on-site program management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed itineraries for each event.

 

You're good at:

  • Having a knack for organization and communication, making you the go-to person for all things meetings and events.
  • The ability to manage timelines and budgets to keep everything on track.
  • Strong project management skills to drive timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the event is perfect.
  • Problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing scenarios.

 

You might also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • CMP certification or experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Experience with domestic and international group travel.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable events! 

 

You should know:

  • The role operates 8:30 - 5:30 ET, with an hour lunch break
  • This role is virtual
  • Up to 25% travel (international and domestic) is required

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager  is between $57,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
