You'll juggle multiple projects while keeping our clients and their attendees smiling every step of the way. You’re Good At

  • Mastering project and client management with a keen eye on timelines and details
  • Creating budgets and managing communications for smooth event operations
  • Negotiating with vendors to ensure top-notch services and excellent value
  • Implementing on-site logistics and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them to success throughout their events

You Might Also Have

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in meeting/program planning
  • Familiarity with Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the travel industry with knowledge of group travel and meetings
  • Previous work in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry, especially as a Lead Planner

You should know

  • This role is virtual, operating on Eastern Standard Business Hours 
  • This role requires up to 50% travel annually 
  • Previous experience in pharma / life sciences corporate event planning is a requirement

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:50% to 75% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager  is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
