About the Role
Are you ready to step into the exciting world of event planning? As a Meeting Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind high-level corporate meetings and events, turning visions into unforgettable experiences. You'll dive into the dynamic details—from budget management to onsite execution while working closely with clients and vendors. Join us in crafting memorable moments that make corporate events shine!
You're Good At
- Coordinating and executing complex meeting logistics with finesse
- Managing client relationships and ensuring their vision comes to life
- Creating and maintaining detailed budgets and timelines
- Leading teams and facilitating effective communication across all channels
- Problem-solving on the fly to adapt to changing event dynamics
You Might Also Have
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Three years (or more!) of experience in Pharmaceutical meeting or program planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools
- Knowledge of the travel industry and experience with domestic/international travel
- A CMP certification or experience in the pharmaceutical sector
You Should Know
- This is a full-time, temporary W2 position, intended to last until December 2025, and please note that it is not eligible for benefits.
- This role will operate in the Eastern Time Zone, and will travel 25% of the time

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager (Temporary) is between $60,000 - $75,000 annually. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
This is a temporary, full time W-2 position. The salary range noted here is an annual salary. This role is not eligible for benefits.
