The Manager – MICE Contracting will lead supplier contracting, negotiations, and sales enablement for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) programs. This role is critical in ensuring competitive agreements, supporting client-facing teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic supplier partnerships and seamless program delivery.

Contracting & Supplier Management

•Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, venues, airlines, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
•Establish and maintain preferred supplier agreements to optimize cost savings and service quality.
•Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Sales Support & Client Engagement

•Partner with sales teams to prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions for corporate clients.
•Support RFP responses with accurate contracting data and competitive pricing.
•Provide consultative input on destinations, venue sourcing, and program feasibility.

Program Delivery Support

•Collaborate with operations teams to align contracted services with program requirements.
•Track attrition, cancellation policies, and deposit schedules to mitigate financial risks.
•Assist in budget preparation, reconciliation, and final billing coordination.

Market Development & Strategy

•Identify new business opportunities within the MICE segment and contribute to overall sales growth.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine contracting and sales strategies.
•Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
