About the role:

Due to increased business levels, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Event Planner to join one of our client dedicated teams supporting our client in the financial tech & media services sector. You will have a strong background in event planning to support the EMEA Financial Solutions team. You will efficiently manage administrative duties, support the Global head of Events, and play a pivotal role in delivering  high-quality events and exceptions stakeholder experiences.

As an Senior Executive Assistant & Event Planner, you will:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders as a thought partner in translating Event briefs and regional or global priorities into your event planning
  • Provide executive assistant support which will include creating executive summaries, presentations and data integration and reporting
  • Drive project priorities and timelines
  • Consistently apply and demonstrate our expertise to our clients

You’re good at:

  • Communication – listening, written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively across teams
  • Ability to instil confidence in your clients that we are experts in our field
  • Proven experience in event planning or project management in a corporate setting including attendee management
  • Crafting engaging executive summaries and presentations with strong PowerPoint skills
  • Proven budget management and financial accuracy expertise
  • Experience of supporting high-level executives, particularly with diary management
  • Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, work on multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications

You might also have:

  • A knack for data reporting and maintaining data integrity
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with the financial aspects of event planning, especially in a global context

You should know:

  • Role is UK Hybrid based, with 4 days per week in the clients London office
  • You must have the ability to travel within the UK and Overseas when required
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
