About the role:

We are recruiting for one of our dedicated client teams in the financial investment sector and are looking for an Event Project Manager. As an integral part of our client team, you will be responsible for working with internal business groups to lead the industry with a new standard for event experiences to build our brand and accelerate commercial impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with the events industry (including virtual and or hybrid) and have a successful record managing day-to-day end to end event management for both internal and client/customer facing events.

As a Event Project Manager, you will:

• Partner with your stakeholders to collaborate effective event execution for their business.
• Be responsible for all elements of event planning including venue proposal / selection, contract negotiation, invite/registration management, AV / production direction, budget management.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors / suppliers
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, showcasing our expertise and knowledge
• Have experience of delivering events  in face to face, virtual and hybrid formats

You’re good at:

• Being a strong leader with experience event project management skills
• Comfortable with presenting to internal and external stakeholders 
• Having the ability to exceed client expectations, manage and prioritise multiple projects and adjust work accordingly to deal with changing deadlines and requirements
• Using Excel, Word, PowerPont and expertise in event technology platforms and event apps

You might also have:

• Experience of delivering overseas events
• Previous experience of delivering events for the financial investment sector
• Working in a in-house corporate events team

You should know:

• Role is UK Hybrid based, with 1-day per week spent in the client offices in the city of London 
• You must have the ability to travel freely within the Mainland Europe, UK and Overseas
• Comfortable to adjusting working hours when dealing with global stakeholders
