About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Web Developer! In this role, you'll be the magician behind creating and managing attendee registration websites that wow our clients and their guests. If you're passionate about web development and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect place for you to shine. Get ready to bring ideas to life and elevate the event experience!

You're Good At

• Building and maintaining simple to moderately complex attendee registration websites using the Cvent platform.
• Testing and evaluating websites to ensure they launch perfectly and function seamlessly.
• Managing invitation lists and sending out electronic invitations after client approval.
• Collaborating with planning teams to align on processes, expectations, and timelines.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You Might Also Have

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with a knack for technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to keep things organized.
• Previous experience in website building or direct client relations.
• A college degree or 1-2 years in Attendee Registration Web Development, especially with Cvent.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations to enhance your understanding of our clients’ needs.

You Should Know:

• This role is open to candidated located in the San Jose GAM. This role will go into our office in Lagunilla, Heredia two (2) times per month.
• C1 Level English Fluency is required for this role.
