Temporary contract, full time, home-based near Florence, Italy

About the role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team dedicated to Sports events. 

You will be responsible for:

• Hotel contracting;
• Air and rail ticketing, individual and group;
• Individual and group hotel stays;
• Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside
• Individual and group transfers;
• Management of charter flight services;
• Support in managing paperwork for obtaining visas.

You’re good at:

• Using of Microsoft-Office products
• Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people.
• Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly demeanor.
• Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style.

• Precise work and high-quality standards.

• Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas.
• Aptitude for teamwork,
• Availability to make business trip if necessary in occasion of events and project relates to the client followed.
• Good spirit of initiative and reliability
• Good relationship skills

You might also have:

• Good knowledge of the gds AMADEUS booking system

• Professional experience with organizing meetings and events
• Good command of English, both written and Spoken
