About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operations and people management? As a Regional Operations Manager, you will guide our regional event planning team to deliver unparalleled service and performance while optimizing processes and engaging with clients. You're Good At:

• Leading and mentoring a diverse team, ensuring top performance and employee engagement. This role will have 1 direct report initially, and this position will help to grow our team. 
• Crafting and refining standard operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
• Engaging with clients to foster relationships and boost service offerings regionally.
• Monitoring productivity and team workloads to align resources effectively.
• Conducting insightful performance reviews to support employee development.

You Might Also Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field (equivalent experience works too!).
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing event venues and planning meetngs and events. This is a working manager role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a fabulous bonus!
• Practical experience in resource management and operational workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A knack for organization and juggling priorities with ease.

You should know:

• This is an in-office position located in Goicoechea, San Jose, Costa Rica.
• Up to 10% travel is required for this role.
