Healthcare Engagement Manager

Are you an experienced event professional with a passion for service excellence, stakeholder communication, and flawless execution? Join us as a Healthcare Engagement Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional HCP delegate experiences for global congress programs.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delegate journey — ensuring healthcare professionals and attendees are supported with accuracy, responsiveness, and care from registration through final event delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full HCP delegate experience for global congress programs, from registration to post-confirmation support
• Coordinate attendee registration, hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, badge management, and visa support where needed
• Serve as a key contact for clients, HCPs, country stakeholders, suppliers, and travel partners, providing clear, timely, and professional communication
• Own local budget creation and tracking, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements
• Use Cvent or equivalent systems to manage attendee data, reporting, and local services event setup
• Monitor timelines, track open items, and work across teams to ensure all delegate requirements are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on schedule
• Build stakeholder confidence through proactive updates, strong follow-through, visible ownership, and early escalation of risks when needed

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in congress/convention planning, attendee management, or related event 
• Experience in client or stakeholder management 
• Experience supporting participant registration for congresses or large-scale events
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Cvent experience preferred
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working across cultures and with global teams

Preferred:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• International attendee experience

The annual gross salary range for candidates for the position of Healthcare Engagement Manager is between 25.000€ and 28.000€. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications and experience.
