About the Role
Ready to take the reins in a dynamic role where leadership meets logistics? As the Operations Manager, you'll lead an exceptional team of HCP Program and Congress Housing & Registration Managers, ensuring we not only meet but exceed service levels and client expectations. Your knack for operational excellence and people management will be critical, making each day an exciting challenge in the fast-paced world of events. You're Good At
- Inspiring and developing a talented team while managing workloads effectively.
- Building strong client relationships and communicating needs clearly.
- Streamlining operations and enhancing customer service through innovative practices.
- Analyzing performance metrics to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Leading team meetings and driving collaborative success!
You Might Also Have
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably) and a wealth of experience in managing teams.
- At least five years of expertise in HCP meeting management and client account management.
- A good handle on budget management and working with outside vendors.
- Knowledge of Congress Housing Bureaus and the pharmaceutical industry (at least two years' previous experience).
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Cvent to keep things running smoothly.

- This role is virtual, operating on Eastern Standard Time
- This role requires travel, up to 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of HCP COE & Congress Operations Manager is between $75,000 - $94,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
