About the role:

Join our dynamic global team as a bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Global Training & Optimisation Specialist, where you’ll be the driving force behind creating training programmes for one of our life sciences client dedicated team. You will collaborate with global partners to enhance training materials and ensure that everyone is equipped to excel in their roles. Due to Latin America being a key region for this client, Spanish will be your primary or second language in addition to English. As a Global Training & Optimisation Specialist, you will:

• Developing comprehensive training plans and materials with both a new hire focus alongside continuous training for existing team members in both English & Spanish.
• Maintaining and updating global and local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Analysing data quality reports and coordinating strategies for improvement.
• Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring remarkable service delivery.
• Fostering team engagement and motivation through innovative initiatives.
• Identify additional employment engagement opportunities and ideas to keep the team motivated.

You’re good at:

• Developing comprehensive training plans and materials with a focus on onboarding for new hires but also continuous learning and development for existing team members.
• Maintaining and updating global and local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Analysing data quality reports and coordinating strategies for improvement.
• Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring remarkable service delivery.
• Fostering team engagement and motivation through innovative initiatives.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

You might also have:

• Degree in a relevant field and a knack for management.
• Experience in life sciences with corporate event planning or sourcing.
• Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office applications.
• A history of successfully managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Experience of working across global teams.

You should know:

• This is a remote based full time role which can be based in Spain, Italy or Netherlands.
• You must have the right to work in Spain, Italy or Netherlands.
• You must be comfortable in conversing (written and verbal) in business Spanish.
• You will be working in a global team.
