About the Role
If you love bringing order to details and keeping financials on track, this Project Accountant role could be a great fit. You’ll support meeting and event programs, helping ensure billing, reconciliation, and expense documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant. This role also has exposure to Life Sciences work, where a highly regulated, detail-focused environment matters and precision really counts. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep everything moving smoothly from invoice review to final billing.

You’re Good At

• Managing client billings, invoice review, and payment processing with strong accuracy and follow-through
• Working in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment where compliance requirements and expense caps matter
• Partnering with meeting managers and internal teams to track expenses, gather documentation, and keep financials organized
• Researching and resolving discrepancies with suppliers and clients in a professional, solution-focused way
• Using accounting fundamentals and financial analysis skills to support monthly reconciliation and reporting

You Might Also Have

• Previous experience in A/P, A/R, client billing, or project accounting
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Comfort working in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software
• Travel industry or hotel experience
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry or other regulated, process-driven environments
