Job Summary

 

The Sports & Event Ticketing Manager is primarily responsible for sourcing of corporate hospitality, group and individual event tickets, administrative support and maintaining the Sports & Event Ticketing Management (SETM) database whilst adhering to the BCD M&E and Bank of America processes, policies, procedures and standards.

 

The Sports & Event Ticketing Manager reports to the Team Manager, Sports & Event and assists as necessary with other projects and tasks, including but not limited to the below.

             

Accountabilities

 

SETM Specific

 

        • Sourcing of corporate hospitality, group and individual event tickets (with & without corporate hospitality packages)
        • Fulfil all ticketing requests and update SETM data files as necessary.
        • Maintain data up to date for Quarterly audits.
        • Manage company owned assets and ensure ongoing & timely communications
        • Utilise preferred suppliers for quality of service and maximum pricing advantage
  • Maintain positive supplier relationships
        • Lead & own Ticket distribution including secure & traceable shipment
        • Manage any Lost/replacement ticket issues
        • Manage payment of suppliers and ensure correct cost centre allocations
        • Maintain accurate venue information and documentation
        • Support the Team Manager, Sport & Events with budgets and reporting as necessary
        • Manage Monthly SETM Pcard financial reconciliation process
        • Create Stakeholder Engagement opportunities and build positive customer relationships
        • Support the Bank’s Global program goals, including the roll out of SETM TicketOS platform
        • Own and distribute SETM Newsletter to the business

 

General

 

        • Support Team Manager, Sport & Events and Account Director on designated projects.
        • Ensure accuracy of all programme-associated and client facing documents.
        • Ensure correct and appropriate data entry in Master documents
        • Anticipate and manage change.
  • Responsible for compliance with client SOPs and industry guidelines.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality, professionalism and integrity when negotiating with suppliers and dealing with clients and team mates
  • Adhere to all deadlines and turnaround times
  • Support the Sports & Social programme, including pre event and onsite event execution
  • Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.

 

Knowledge/Experience

  • Previous experience working in a Corporate Hospitality environment is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • UK driver’s licence.
