As a Solutions Implementation Manager, you will:

  • Manage the successful introduction, integration, and implementation of technologies and event solutions to new and existing clients
  • Ensure seamless data flow through effective management of suppliers and technologies.
  • Ensure that project/solution delivery from sale through to delivery team is successful leading to high client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather and understand client requirements. 
  • Provide technical expertise and insights during client meetings and presentations.

 

 

You're Good At:

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional client communication.
  • Navigating delegate management systems, CRM platforms, and event management software with ease.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with your knowledge of emerging technologies in the meetings and events industry.
  • Harnessing your Cvent expertise and understanding of risk management.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.

 

 

You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in a similar technology or project management role.
  • A technical or business degree, or equivalent experience in a tech environment.
  • Excitement for worldwide travel as required.
  • Relevant certifications in industry technologies or methodologies.
  • A talent for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining a diplomatic approach in communication.

You should know:

  • This is a hybrid role that requires 2 day a week in our Fleet UK office
  • Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
  • You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
  • You must also have the right to work within the UK
