About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Onsite Solutions Consultant to join our Delegate Management Services team. This team deliver large scale event projects in the UK and overseas for clients in a variety of industries including automotive and technology.This role is responsible for the planning and delivery of the technical delegate management onsite solutions including technology hardware/software, registration, mobile apps and other innovative event technologies. This role also has the task of ensuring the required event reporting data is captured across all technologies used across the solution function.

As a Senior Onsite Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Work alongside the Solutions Director to lead, and deliver onsite registration technology projects using in-house hardware and 3rd party technologies to the agreed scope
  • Full Onsite Management of event technology solutions & technical team members (worldwide)
  • Own the shipping and logistics of kit sent overseas
  • Ensure Reporting, analytics and event data are scoped, captured, useful and delivers client ROI and contribute the management of the data and reporting offering
  • Work closely with, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure project cohesion and a seamless client experience

You’re good at:

  • Have a strong technology background, ideally within a meeting and events enviroment
  • Have a strong technology background, ideally withinna meeting and events environment 
  • Troubleshooting techincal issues and a logical thinker 
  • Evaluating technical and attendee date with a high level of comfort
  • Showing a strong interpersonal style with the ability to interact and influence effectively at both an internal and client level

 

You might also have:

  • COMPITA Networking Accreditations
  • Cvent Certification
  • Prince 2, Agile or similar qualifications

You should know:

  • This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week based in our Fleet office for team collaboration time
  • Our standard working hours are 9.00 – 17:30 with an hour break
  • You must have the ability and want to travel in the UK and Overseas – onsite events may take you away from home for up to 10-14 days at a time
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
