About the Role
Join us at The Collective, where creativity meets collaboration! As an Experiential Designer, you'll transform innovative ideas into unforgettable experiences that inspire and engage audiences. No two days will be the same as you partner with clients to bring their visions to life—from crafting captivating presentations to designing amazing event spaces. Let’s create moments that resonate!

You’re Good At

• Designing diverse and engaging event experiences, including activations, exhibits, and conferences.
• Turning creative concepts into stunning visuals and technical drawings.
• Collaborating with teams to meet project objectives while keeping budgets in check.
• Presenting ideas confidently to clients and team members, making complex concepts easy to understand.
• Innovating and developing engaging strategies for both in-person and virtual events.

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Experience with design software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of modern marketing strategies and consumer engagement.
• Familiarity with event industry construction and material usage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair in experiential design.

You Should Know

• This role is virtual, operating on Eastern Standard or Central Standard Time
• This role requires up to 50% travel annually, both international and domestic

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Experience Designer  is between $80,000 - $125,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
