Creative Communication and Production Lead

As the Creative Communication & Production Lead, you'll shape unforgettable events, meetings, and incentives with a mix of innovation and precision. You’ll be steering projects from pitch to execution, inspiring your team, and dazzling clients with your creative solutions. As Creative Communication and Production Lead, you will:

• Develop innovative communication, creative, and production proposals with precise budgets, challenging norms to deliver standout event concepts.
• Lead client engagements from briefing to debrief, building trusted relationships and providing strategic creative advice.
• Manage diverse project teams, resources, and timelines while overseeing multiple projects and ensuring budget accuracy, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.
• Drive profitability and growth of client accounts using cutting-edge tools, including AI-driven content solutions.
• Confidently lead pitches and presentations, ensuring teams are fully prepared to deliver impactful solutions.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams and suppliers, building a high-performance network to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication to exceed client expectations with creative recommendations and solutions.
• Oversee operational procedures to meet savings targets and approve program-related financials.
• Support across multiple time zones with flexibility for travel, ensuring seamless handover to operations teams for final execution.

You are good at:

• You have sound experience (5+ years) leading teams, managing clients, and overseeing vendors and contracts.
• Leading teams with confidence, inspiring collaboration, and achieving outstanding results.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and driving cost efficiency.
• Communicating clearly and persuasively, whether in presentations, meetings, or written form.
• Adapting quickly to change, solving problems, and keeping projects on track under pressure.
• Coaching, motivating, and developing people to reach their full potential.
• Managing budgets, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.
• Balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Innovating new ideas to improve performance and outcomes.
• Traveling and working across diverse teams and personalities to deliver results.
