About the Role
Join our fantastic team at BCD Meetings & Events as a Program Coordinator! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable events, collaborating with our clients and vendors to bring their visions to life. You'll juggle multiple projects, ensuring every detail is spot on, while providing top-notch service to all attendees. If you're organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating amazing experiences, we want to hear from you!
You’re Good At
- Managing event logistics from start to finish with precision and flair
- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and attendees
- Using tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes
- Solving problems on the fly and maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure
- Keeping everyone in the loop through effective communication and support
You Might Also Have
- Two (2) plus years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
- A knack for multitasking, especially with tight deadlines
- Proactive and consultative customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
You Should Know
- This role is onsite, five days a week, in office in Midland, MI
- Local travel (up to 5%) outside of the office is required annually

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Coordinator is between $52,500 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
