About the Role
If you’re all about creating wow‑worthy client experiences, this role is your playground! As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be the champion for making every interaction with our Venue Search clients exceptional. You’ll partner with teams across the business to turn service standards into reality and keep clients smiling from first pitch to post‑event high‑fives. Think of yourself as the glue that makes great relationships stick and successful events shine.

 

You’re Good At

  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Managing complex projects from kickoff to flawless delivery.
  • Spotting opportunities for improvement and turning feedback into action.
  • Keeping multiple priorities on track with sharp time‑management skills.

 

You Might Also Have

  • Knowledge of venues, destinations, and suppliers in the events industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with BCD M&E products and services.
  • Familiarity with industry tools like Cvent and Empower Venues.
  • Event‑day know‑how from attending and supporting client events.
  • Insights gained from FAM trips, trade shows, or supplier presentations.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Experience Manager  is between $75,000 - $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
