About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Delegate Management Specialist, where you'll be the mastermind behind seamless congress experiences! From managing attendee registrations to coordinating logistics, you’ll play a key role in making every event a success. Your knack for multitasking and top-notch communication skills will shine as you liaise with delegates and ensure their needs are perfectly met. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences, we want you on board!
You're Good At
- Coordinating congress registrations and managing housing logistics
- Using technology tools like Cvent to maintain attendee data and communications
- Delivering exceptional customer service to answer inquiries and address concerns
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
You Might Also Have
- A college degree (strongly preferred!)
- Experience in congress/convention planning or event management
- Knowledge of client management and attendee engagement
- A background in the pharmaceutical industry (a plus!)
- CMP certification to enhance your event planning prowess

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Congress Registration & Housing Manager is between $51,700 - $63,850. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
