As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all Health Care Professional (HCP) activities are perfectly managed and reported. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy keeping everything on track, this job is for you! Join our team and make a meaningful impact!

You're Good At

• Managing and reconciling HCP event attendee data with precision.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure all documents and reports are complete and accurate.
• Identifying data discrepancies and solving problems like a pro.
• Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Using Microsoft Excel and other software to create reports and manage project data effectively.

You Might Also Have

• 1 to 5 years of experience in project management or administrative support.
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in a related field.
• Familiarity with Cvent or similar meeting technology tools.
• Experience in the life sciences or high-tech industries.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.

You Should Know

• This role reports into our office in Lagunilla, Heredia, Costa Rica twice per month. 
• C1 Level English Fluency is required for this role.
