Job Title: Compliance Manager

About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented superstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As our Compliance Manager, you’ll dive deep into audit compliance, ensuring our meetings meet the highest standards! You’ll be the go-to person for guidelines adherence and will help keep everything shipshape. If you love making processes smoother and have a knack for spotting discrepancies, this role is perfect for you!

You're Good At:

• Enforcing audit compliance policies with precision
• Performing thorough audits of ToV data and program files monthly
• Streamlining compliance processes and recommending efficiencies
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation for HCP compliance
• Working independently while meeting tight deadlines

You Might Also Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a meetings-related position
• A background in life sciences or pharmaceutical compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Cvent or the travel industry
• An eagle eye for detail that helps you spot the tiniest discrepancies

You Should Know

• This role is open to candidates located in the San Jose GAM, Costa Rica. This role will be required to be in office in Lagunilla, Heredia two (2) times per month.
