About the Role
If you love keeping things organized, connecting the dots, and making sure suppliers get onboarded smoothly, this role has your name on it! You’ll be at the heart of supplier risk management, compliance reporting, and making sure payments happen on time. From audit prep to credit card reconciliations, you’ll be that reliable go-to person who keeps operations humming. If you’re detail-savvy with a knack for juggling deadlines—you’ll fit right in!

 

You’re Good At

  • Coordinating supplier onboarding and making sure documentation is complete
  • Managing multiple reports, audits, and compliance requirements without breaking a sweat
  • Reconciling credit card statements with precision
  • Communicating clearly with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Staying organized and on track even with competing priorities

 

You Might Also Have

  • A college degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Cvent, Total Contract Manager, or Zycus
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office and learning new tech quickly
  • Solid customer service chops
  • Experience in procurement or supplier management

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Compliance Manager  is between $59,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
