Job Summary
- Manager Client Servicing Corporate Events is responsible to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience.
- The candidate needs to ensure that events are successful and cost‑effective, paying attention to details and time constraints.
- We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.
- Client Servicing Manager must build and maintain strong client relationships with the clients, while providing best‑in‑class event services.
- Additionally, is responsible for executing onsite events management as and when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives – come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Ability to conceptualize & propose appropriate event proposals/venues etc. to meet corporate and creative objectives.
- Ability to brainstorm, think creatively and make presentations as per the brief.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Source and negotiate with artist & other resources as required.
- Should possess excellent skills to organically grow business with the same client.
- Taking care of existing clients accounts and to be a one point of contact to the client for any further assistance.
- Coordinate all operations with the respective internal teams.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly data as and when required.
- Meeting client on regular basis to maintain healthy and business relations to attract revenue.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and required data as per the organizational need.
- Clearly understand the clients requirements and prepare sales pitches through high end pitch proposals.
- Coordinate with creative and operation teams to deliver valuable solutions in pitches.
- Be the face of the company while executing the project/event as per client’s expectations.
- Plan and implement the overall meetings and event strategies.
- Building workflows to manage the events strategies.
- Willingness to share information & ideas.
- Revenue planning & client engagement.
- Good in writing & communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Research competition, examine benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Owning client brief/campaigns right from ideation, planning, coordination & execution.
- Ensure effective planning and execution of meetings or events.
- Ensuring sending timely presentations and budget to the client.
You Possess
- College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
- Strong previous customer service experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint platform.
- Travel industry and destination knowledge.
- Minimum five (5) years purchasing/meeting planning experience.
- Industry/hotel experience preferred.
- Experience working in Cvent meeting technology.
