Chef de projets Meetings

CDI, temps plein, mode hybride ou télétravail, Paris

Nous recherchons un chef de projet meetings, avec une expérience dans la gestion logistique des événements dans multiples secteurs d’industrie dont une expertise dans le secteur pharmaceutique (séminaires, réunions, congrès, symposium…).

 

À propos du poste :

  • Vous êtes en charge de la recherche des lieux, de la négociation fournisseurs, de la logistique et assurer le bon déroulement de chaque événement. Vous gérez aussi les budgets des appels d’offres, ainsi que les présentations et recommandations pour les clients.

 

  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) et passionné(e), et vous aimez les échanges, tant avec vos collègues, qu’avec les prestataires ou aussi les clients.

  • Vous avez une connaissance des règles du secteur pharmaceutique (si possible)

 

  • Vous êtes investi(e), et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois. Vous êtes très organisé(e) et avez le sens des priorités.
  • Vous avez une expérience sur le terrain et êtes ouverte pour y aller le cas échéant.

 

Vous auriez dû :

  • Solide expérience en planification de réunions ou de programmes
  • Vous connaissez parfaitement le pack Microsoft-Office (excel / word / ppt)
  • Vous avez une connaissance ou êtes à l’aise sur des outils technologiques dont Cvent (souhaité)
  • Vous avez une expérience sur la création de sites en ligne et de la gestion des participants.
  • Vous avez un très bon rédactionnel en français.
  • Egalement un très bon niveau d’anglais (parlé et écrit)

 

 

 

 

Meetings Project Manager 

Permanent, full time, hybrid Paris or remote France

Join our team as a Meetings Project Manager and bring your expertise to delivering exceptional events that inspire and connect people. You’ll manage the logistics of diverse projects across multiple industries, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical sector. From high-impact seminars and engaging meetings to world-class congresses and symposiums, you’ll play a key role in creating flawless experiences that make a difference.


About the role:

  • You are in charge of finding venues, and logistic of events, also negotiating suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of each event.
  • You also manage the budgets of calls for tenders, as well as presentations and recommendations for customers.
  • You are proactive and passionate, and you enjoy working with your colleagues, with strong suppliers’ relationship and customers as well
  • You have experience working with life science industry with knowledge of their rules.
  • You are committed, and able to manage several files at the same time. You are very organized and have a sense of priorities.
  • You have experience onsite and are flexible to go during the event if necessary.

 

You should have:

  • Sound experience in meeting/program planning
  • You know the Microsoft-Office package perfectly (excel / word / ppt)
  • You have knowledge of or are comfortable with technical tools including Cvent
  • You have experience in creating online sites and managing participants.
  • You have very good writing skills in French.
  • You have a good level English level (spoken and written)
