About the role:
The Senior Analyst prepares the monthly financial reports, supports in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions, prepares, customer financial reporting, analysis and billing for large, complex client base and performs budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance department in meeting budget targets, identify opportunities to increase EBITDA, and provide variance analysis to assist in decision-making for internal customers.
- Support departmental and regional goals, assist in the annual budget process, and support the monthly forecast process for internal clients.
- Build an annual budget with input from internal clients, provide monthly analysis of actual results vs. budget, and support the Finance Manager during budget reviews.
- Develop monthly forecasts based on the budget, support Finance Manager during global forecast reviews, and provide monthly analysis of actuals vs. forecasts for internal clients.
- Variance Analysis: Assist the Finance Manager/Director in preparing monthly flash reports, bridges for actuals vs. forecasts, and provide ad hoc variance analysis and research.
- Support team goals, prepare financial reports, analysis, and billing for customers, and calculate pricing for existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting / finance or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in general accounting
- Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets required
- Travel industry experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP, ADS/Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Spanish, English.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (PLUS)
