Bid Specialist

About the Role

Are you a word wizard with a passion for crafting compelling proposals? Join us as a Bid Specialist! You’ll play a vital role in preparing engaging responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs that showcase our amazing offerings. Collaborate with our dynamic EMEA commercial team while ensuring every detail shines through!

As Bid Specialist, you will:

• Produce high-quality proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with our corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with our EMEA Sales team to translate our strategy to win with a customized value proposition in a compelling story telling highlighting our solution, strengths and benefits effectively.
• Manage the proposal development process, establishing timelines and ensuring timely submissions.
• Lead discussions and meetings, validating sales strategies with stakeholders.
• Edit and proofread documents to uphold our standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain the EMEA library of sales collateral, updating it regularly and providing support to sales team members.

You’re Good At

• Writing clear proposals for various business needs as well as proofreading and editing to enhance documents for accuracy
• Engaging stakeholders with effective strategy discussions
• Analyzing data to make informed decisions and recommendations

You Also Have

• 3 - 5 years of writing experience in a business or sales environment
• A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Power Point, Word and Excel
• A background in the meetings & events or travel industry (a bonus!)
