Ancillary Meeting Manager - 6 months temporary contract
Are you an experienced Ancillary Meeting Manager with a knack for organizing impactful meetings and events? Join our team and help us create exceptional experiences for our clients!
Position Overview: As the Ancillary Meeting Manager, you will oversee every aspect of budgeting and organizing ancillary meetings, particularly in conjunction with Congresses. Your role will focus on HCP engagement, client counseling, vendor management, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of ancillary meetings associated with Congresses from planning to execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring adherence to financial and compliance controls.
- Handle attendee management processes, including event registrations and communication.
- Maintain documentation, manage logistics, and ensure timely communication throughout the engagement.
- Review supplier bills, manage budgets, and maintain an audit-ready environment.
- Actively seek process improvements and provide valuable insights to clients on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Sound experience (min. 2 years) managing ancillary meetings in conjunction with Congresses.
- Proven experience in account/client management and vendor negotiation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent English (working language)
