About the Role
Are you ready to take your travel expertise to the next level? As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to partner for event stakeholders, ensuring that attendees soar smoothly to meetings and events. With a blend of top-notch customer service and savvy travel planning, you'll coordinate air transportation like a pro. Join us to bring unforgettable experiences to life!
You're Good At
- Listening and evaluating client needs while communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Managing air reservations and crafting itineraries using the Sabre System.
- Keeping track of attendee registration and ensuring seamless communication until flights are booked.
- Navigating airline rules and regulations to secure the best travel experiences for our clients.
- Staying organized and juggling multiple priorities smoothly.
You Might Also Have
- At least 2 years of experience using Sabre and in the travel agency sector.
- Knowledge of group bookings and meeting program elements.
- Strong geography knowledge, enhancing your ability to navigate air travel effectively.
- A knack for problem-solving and maintaining excellent customer service under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for detail.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Air Consultant, Groups is between $60,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
