About the role:

We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our EMEA finance team. As an integral part of our accounts payable team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices as well as payment and statement reconciliations.

As an Account Payable Specialist, you will:

• Review, verify, and process customer & vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures.
• Address and resolve customer/supplier inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment on credit terms and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor aging reports.
• Reconciling and posting of credit cards.
• Care and manage various financial master data in the accounting tool
• Perform various tasks regarding to accounts payable/receivable and general ledger accounts

You’re good at:

• Great command of English – both verbal and written
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
• Accounting knowledge either through work experience or study
• Prioritising workloads in order to meet set timelines
• Flexible, along with the ability to re-prioritise and multitask to meet changing business needs
• Comfortable working independently but also happy to support the wider finance team

You might also have:

• Strong MS office skills including excel

• Knowledge of AS400 preferred
• Knowledge of SAP preferred

• Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 6pm with an hour lunch break
