About the Role

Love turning templates into polished digital experiences? As a Web Builder, you’ll create and maintain registration websites, mobile apps, and attendee journeys that help events run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll partner with planning teams and clients to build smart, accurate, on-brand solutions that capture the right data and deliver a seamless user experience. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-driven work, evolving technology, and bringing digital event tools to life.

You’re Good At

• Building and maintaining registration websites and mobile apps using templates, client guidelines, and deadline-driven timelines
• Working efficiently in Cvent and other meeting management tools, including HTML code and mobile app builds
• Testing websites and apps for accuracy, functionality, and a smooth user experience before launch
• Managing registration pathing, invitation uploads, room blocks, activities, roommate assignments, and reporting setup within the platform
• Keeping branding consistent across client websites and mobile apps while supporting SLA achievement
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Mobile app knowledge that helps you create engaging and user-friendly event experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with Planning Managers and key client contacts
• A solid understanding of reporting requirements and how to build for clean, useful data capture
• Comfort adapting to evolving technology and learning new platform capabilities quickly
• A detail-oriented approach that helps you stay organized across multiple assigned events
  
  

You Should Know

• This role is virtual for candidates located in Costa Rica and operates in the Eastern time zone
• C1 Level fluency in English (read/write/speak) is required for this role.
