About the Role
Are you ready to lead the charge in project management and marketing Speaker Bureau initiatives? 
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the logistical development, implementation, and data metric management of client marketing program initiatives from concept to completion. You will be responsible for optimizing program management based on client-driven benchmarks, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff, and acting as an advisor to enhance client ROI through informed decision-making and strategic recommendations.
You're Good At
- Consulting with clients and service providers to maximize project outcomes
 - Data Management and reporting to ensure strategic insights
 - Compliance Management to meet all regulatory and client-driven guidelines
 - Educating clients on the meeting process and lifecycle
 - Multi-tasking and prioritizing to manage various programs simultaneously
 
You Might Also Have
- A degree in a related field and experience in marketing management or logistics
 - Familiarity with the Pharma industry and its unique marketing models
 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - A knack for leadership and a proven ability to solve problems
 
You should know
- This role is Virtual, operating on Eastern Standard Time
 - This role requires travel, up to three (3) times a year

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Speaker Bureau Project Manager is between $58,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
