Small Meeting Manager
We’re looking for a Small Meeting Manager to join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of small, non-complex meetings and events.
In this client-facing role, you will manage programs from concept through execution, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly and in alignment with client goals and compliance requirements. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders while managing multiple programs with precision and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality meeting experiences.
Your Impact
- Lead the planning and execution of small meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish
- Manage full program lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, budgeting, registration, logistics, and reconciliation
- Translate client objectives into well-executed, high-quality meeting experiences
- Build and manage registration websites, communications, and attendee engagement strategies
- Oversee vendor sourcing, selection, negotiation, and relationship management
- Maintain program budgets, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and accountability
- Ensure all programs comply with client, regulatory, and organizational guidelines
- Provide onsite support as needed to ensure successful execution
- Manage multiple concurrent programs while meeting timelines and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in meeting planning or related roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple meeting programs simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and client-facing communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and program logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with event technology (e.g., Cvent) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $50,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
