About the Role:
Are you a logistics whiz with a flair for planning? Join our team as a Small Meeting Manager, where you’ll streamline everything from budget mastery to on-site organization for low-complexity meetings. Work directly with clients and vendors, ensuring every detail is flawless while keeping the energy high and stress low. Let’s make meetings unforgettable together!
You're Good At:
- Managing low complexity meetings with finesse and style.
- Juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Keeping budgetary considerations in check and ensuring accuracy in invoices.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Utilizing Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite like a pro.
You Might Also Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or management.
- A knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong organizational skill set that lets you connect various resources seamlessly.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive under pressure.

- This role is virtual, operating on Eastern Standard Time.
- This role requires travel (10%)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
