About the Role

You're Good At

• Managing hotel and transportation logistics for congress events
• Creating and reconciling budgets to ensure financial compliance
• Ensuring client satisfaction through seamless communication
• Navigating compliance regulations with ease
• Utilizing technology tools like Cvent for efficient event management

You Might Also Have

• A solid background in congress or convention planning
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Customer service experience, especially in the pharmaceutical sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cvent
• Multilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese (a bonus!)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Simple Congress Manager  is between $57,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
