About the role
Ready to take charge of “high touch” meetings and lead with impact? As a Senior Meeting Manager, you’ll oversee program and project management, ensuring our operations run smoothly at every level. With your expertise, you’ll provide strategic guidance to executives while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Join us to make a real difference in how we manage impactful meetings!
You're Good At
- Leading complex meetings with confidence and flair
- Anticipating client needs and proactively addressing concerns
- Developing and mentoring team members in project management best practices
- Analyzing operations to drive efficiency and improve processes
- Mastering vendor management and contract negotiations
You Might Also Have
- A degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in event planning and/or program management specific to high touch events
- Previous pharmacuetical experience in event planning is a plus, but not required
- Proven expertise (5+ years) in account management and budget oversight
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking
- A knack for innovative problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Meeting Manager is between $64,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
