About the Role If you love bringing high-touch corporate meetings and events to life, this role puts you right in the center of the action. You’ll lead the planning, development, and execution of complex programs while serving as the day-to-day contact for your clients. From timelines and budgets to attendee experience and onsite delivery, you’ll keep every detail moving smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn big plans into seamless events.

You’re Good At

  • Managing multiple meetings and programs at once, from registration through onsite execution and final billing/reconciliation
  • Building strong client relationships, leading day-to-day communication, and guiding clients on best practices, compliance, and cost savings
  • Owning budgets, timelines, reporting, and vendor coordination while keeping every detail accurate and on track
  • Overseeing event logistics like websites, attendee management, room sets, audiovisual, transportation, VIP needs, signage, and special events
  • Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and working independently while collaborating well with internal teams and suppliers

You Might Also Have

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of meeting or program planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
  • Firsthand experience with domestic and international group travel, plus strong travel industry and destination knowledge
  • Pharma experience, Cvent experience, or CMP certification

You Should Know
-This is a HYBRID role and will require work in the following locations: West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

-This role has a travel requirement of up to 25%

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner  is between $60,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
