About the Role

As a Meeting Planner extraordinaire, you’ll orchestrate everything from conferences, to HCP meetings like ad boards, to internal client meetings. You're Good At
- Masterfully juggling multiple projects and priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Planning pharmaceutical meetings from Ad Boards, to congress to internal meetings.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Help to make sure attendees are engaged, excited to participate and knows exactly where to go and what to do.
- Leading on-site teams with charisma, ensuring everyone shines in their roles.
- Navigating contract negotiations and coordinating with service providers like a pro.
You Might Also Have
- A degree in business or a related field, backed by at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical meeting planning.
- Experience handling both small and large-scale events with finesse.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ready to troubleshoot on the fly.
- Experience with Cvent Event Management software.
- A passion for travel, with the flexibility to hit the road up to 75% of the time!
You Should know
- This is a work from home opportunity that will support a client on the West Coast. This role will operate in the Pacific time zone (Mountain on Central time zone also considered.)
- This role will travel 50 - 75%.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager (Meeting Planner, Life Sciences) is between $57,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
