About the Role
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of events? As our Registration Manager, you'll be the key player in crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients and their attendees! Your knack for organization and customer service will ensure smooth sailing from registration to the last name badge handed out. If you love making connections and bringing visions to life, this role is calling your name!

You're Good At

• Managing attendee registration processes with precision and flair.
• Building and maintaining engaging registration websites that shine.
• Communicating effectively with clients and vendors to keep everyone in the loop.
• Maintaining data integrity and performing quality control on event reports.
• Juggling multiple tasks and adapting to new technologies with ease.

You Might Also Have

• 1-3 years of experience in event registration or administration.
• Hands-on web development experience in registration technology.
• A background in hotels or hospitality.
• Knowledge of tools like Cvent, Attendee Hub, or similar platforms.
• A college degree or relevant certification in a related field.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator  is between $51,700 - $60,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
