About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Project Accounting Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy for The Collective. You'll be central to preparing and completing final billings while collaborating closely with project accountants and vendors. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance your accounting skills and contribute to exciting projects in the travel industry!
You're Good At
• Managing client billings and reconciling vendor invoices
• Organizing and maintaining thorough documentation and records
• Communicating effectively with vendors and project teams to resolve issues
• Working efficiently within deadlines and handling multiple tasks
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting
You Might Also Have
• Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
• A degree in accounting or a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Experience in the travel industry or hotel sector
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• C1 Level Fluency in English
You should know:
• This role requires you to be in the office for 2 days each month in Lagunilla, Heredia, and operates in the Central Time Zone.
