About the Role
Are you a savvy meeting planner with a passion for orchestrating professional education events in the medical device sector? In this virtual position, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative meeting strategies that boost client ROI while navigating compliance with regulatory guidelines. Join us and take the reins on complex events, collaborating closely with clients and service providers to ensure exceptional outcomes!
 

You're Good At

• Managing all aspects of event planning and logistics to exceed client expectations
• Consulting with clients to optimize program objectives and enhance project outcomes
• Negotiating contracts and coordinating details with service providers
• Troubleshooting challenges effectively from the source
• Creating and managing budgets, providing financial updates to clients
   

You Might Also Have

• A four-year college degree and at least five years in pharmaceutical meeting management, with medical device experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting
• Experience with Cvent web builds and marketing campaign elements
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering client relationships

You should Know

• This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern Time Zone
• Travel is expected to be 25% or less for this role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager  is between $57,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
