About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Team Lead, where you’ll steer the ship of a dedicated group providing top-notch service to our clients! This isn’t just about managing logistics—it's about building strong relationships, delivering results, and actively mentoring team members to grow their skills. As an Operations Team Lead, you will manage one direct report, act as an Account Manager with an external stakeholder in addition to managing your own pharmacuetical events. If you're a proactive leader with a flair for project management, this role is perfect for you! Let's embark on this exciting journey together!

You're Good At:

  • Leading and developing a talented team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Managing end-to-end logistics including sourcing, planning, and attendee management.
  • Building trust through open communication with clients and team members.
  • Analyzing operational processes and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Resolving program delivery issues with a proactive approach.

You Might Also Have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in people management within a relevant industry.
  • A background in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
  • Proven experience with Cvent and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry with an eagerness to explore new destinations.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 35% as part of the role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Team Lead  is between $63,400 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
