About the Role
Join our dynamic Global Technology Department Solutions & Intelligence Team as an Operational Technology Specialist! In this exciting role, you’ll blend your tech know-how with strategic insight to enhance our event operations and drive efficiency. You’ll be hands-on with tools like Cvent, Smartsheet, and QuickBooks Time, ensuring our tech not only supports but also empowers our business. Let’s make our operational excellence truly best in class!

You’re Good At

• Administering and troubleshooting core tools like Cvent, Smartsheet, and Monday.com
• Creating user-friendly documentation and maintaining a centralized knowledge base
• Exploring and testing new functionalities to enhance existing workflows
• Consulting on feature impacts and providing tailored training sessions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

You Might Also Have

• 5+ years of experience with Cvent or similar systems in a large-scale event operation environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for training others
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing processes
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operational Technology Specialist, Technology Solutions  is between $62,000 - $71,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
