About the Role
Are you ready to lead the charge in managing attendee data for exciting events? Join our dynamic team in NYC as the Attendee Data Manager Team Lead, where you’ll be the go-to expert for registration operations! You’ll not only support and train your amazing team but also get hands-on with program management throughout the year. Bring your organizational skills and problem-solving prowess to the forefront as we create unforgettable experiences together!
You're Good At
- Hiring, training and developing top talent
- Mentoring new team members to set them up for success
- Managing attendee inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions
- Drive adherence of BCD M&E standard operating procedures
- Understand current customer service levels, quality and productivity deliverables
- All things Cvent – including the attendee registration module, Website Development, Attendee Hub, mobile app development, and more. You are a Cvent expert and superuser
- Lead the team in managing databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across Cvent and proprietary client systems
- Oversee the development, testing, and execution of client event communications and Cvent online registration processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client requirements
- Direct the team’s management of RSVP data, hotel request coordination through rooming lists, attendee data integrity, and related attendee communication and management activities to support a seamless event experience
- Collaborating across teams to uphold the highest service standards
- Analyzing feedback and proposing exciting process improvements
- Having a proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with a positive attitude
You Might Also Have
- People management experience overseeing a team of event planners or event registration managers.
- Experience in event management within the financial industry.
- Skills in project management and familiarity with MS office tools, and Cvent
- A knack for data analysis and report generation
- Strong communication skills that resonate with both clients and team members
You Should Know:
- This is an onsite position located in NY, NY. Our team members will report into our client's office at least 4 days per week (M-Th)

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Regional Lead, Attendee Registration is between $110,000 - $120,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
