As an Attendee Data Manager (Event Registration Manager) you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, orchestrating seamless events with flair! You’ll guide clients through their registration needs while ensuring every detail aligns perfectly. Join us to create unforgettable experiences and maintain a high level of customer service!

 

You're Good At

  • Managing attendee registration processes and providing top-notch support to clients.
  • Building and maintaining registration websites with a keen eye for detail.
  • Troubleshooting registration issues like a pro and providing clear solutions.
  • Coordinating room blocks and communicating effectively with hotels.
  • Conducting quality control on all event reports and ensuring data integrity.

 

You Might Also Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in event registration or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with registration technology and web development.
  • A background in the hotel industry to enhance client communication.
  • A college degree that showcases your commitment to excellence.
  • Solid experience with event platforms like Cvent, Attendee Hub, and mobile applications.

 

You Should Know

  • This is an office based role (5 days) in New York, NY. Candidates must be located within commuting distance to midtown Manhattan.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Attendee Data Manager (Event Registration Manager)  is between $65,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
