Specialist, Marketing & Communications EMEA
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team, focusing on the Europe, Middle East, Africa region (EMEA). This role reports directly to the Director, Global Brand Marketing and will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth across the EMEA markets.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director, Global Brand Marketing to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the EMEA region, aligning with the global marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing efforts, including digital, social media, PR, content marketing, and communications to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Develop compelling and culturally relevant marketing content tailored to the diverse audiences within the EMEA region, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more.
- Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing tactics and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep a regional pulse on the industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within EMEA, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across the EMEA region.
- Work closely with other members of the global marketing team, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs.

- Turning business concepts into creative, engaging campaigns
- Conceptualizing and developing communications and skilled at storytelling to support marketing and business objectives
- Building and fostering stakeholder relationships as the internal brand ambassador and empowering other internal brand champions
- Working well under deadline and efficiently managing competing priorities
- Adapting to change and direction as global business strategy adjusts to market and customer demands
- Communicating with and guiding executive leaders to ensure messaging alignment
- Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and highly collaborative environment
You might also have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on the EMEA region.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
