About the role:
We’re looking for a Web Builder on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 6-months to join one of our client dedicated teams in the Financial Investment Industry. You have advanced knowledge and skills in Cvent and proven experience managing multiple projects at once. You will be a strategic partner to the Global Event Marketing event managers in the EMEA and APAC regions, recommending best practices for event technology and building complex registration sites for their flagship events.

As a Web Builder, you will:
- Build and manage Cvent registration websites, including attendee emails and reporting, using templates to adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for event registration/microsite technology and demonstrate the ability to deliver complex registration websites including the use of multiple registration paths, advanced visibility logic and audience segments.
- Self-manage project timelines and workload, delivering site builds and edits within standard SLAs.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders/event managers while collecting site requirements, recommending best practices and finding workarounds to meet unique needs.
- Stay up to date with Cvent product enhancements, identifying and introducing new functionality into the team’s workflow.
- Some execution on Cvent’s Attendee Hub mobile app may be required
- Some execution on additional technology platforms may be required, including but not limited to Slido, Microsoft product suite, Chat GPT, Azure DevOps
You’re good at:
- Pro-active, client centric, approachable demeanour, team player.
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability balance competing priorities when managing multiple projects.
- Problem solving and excited by technology with a resourceful approach to learning new platforms.
- Years of related Web Build experience within a corporate environment.
- Expert in Cvent registration.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, make decisions confidently and anticipate needs of key stakeholders.
You might also have:
- Cvent Certifications.
- Some CSS/HTML capabilities.
You should know:
- This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days a week in the client’s London office.
- Role is currently for a 6-month fixed term contract.
- Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Some travel onsite to events may be required for this role.
